The Brain Index Instal­la­tion at the Jerome L. Greene Sci­ence Center

The Jerome L. Greene Sci­ence Cen­ter is home to Colum­bia University’s Mor­timer B. Zuck­er­man Mind Brain Behav­ior Insti­tute. It is a thriv­ing hub that brings togeth­er fac­ul­ty and stu­dents from across Colum­bia Uni­ver­si­ty, schol­ars from around the world and mem­bers of the local community.

For this project, we were part of a large team build­ing the inter­ac­tive instal­la­tion in the build­ing’s lob­by. Our respon­si­bil­i­ty was devel­op­ing the inter­faces on the touch screens for AV&C. We also worked on cre­at­ing method­ol­o­gy of build­ing the ani­ma­tion that works well across mul­ti­ple sto­ries. The app was built with React JS, GSAP, HTML and CSS.
